§ 1 Scope of validity and contractual partners
|
For all of our deliveries, the following conditions of sale
apply exclusively. Deviating conditions are only binding for us
subject to our express acknowledgement.

§ 2 Delivery area and customer base
|
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany, Austria
and Switzerland. If you request an overseas delivery, we will
endeavour to accommodate your request. To this end, please call

§ 3
Conclusion of contract |
Contracts in our Internet shop can only be concluded in German.
You place a binding offer once you have passed through the
online ordering process by entering the details required of you
and by clicking on the button "Submit Order" in the final step
of the ordering process. Once you have submitted your order, we
will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your
order and which lists the order details (acknowledgement of
order receipt). This acknowledgement does not constitute the
acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you
that we have received your order. By the time the goods are
delivered, at the latest, you will receive all the customer
information from us, which you should print out for your
safekeeping. The contract of purchase only comes into effect on
the goods being dispatched, or a second e-mail being sent that
serves as an acceptance of your order. |

§ 4 Range of goods and ordering

Please note that products in our online shop
may be subject to a time limit. Details about this can be found in
the respective product description.
You place an order in our shop in the following way:

Storing the contract text |
|
The contract text is stored at our company and can be requested by
you on completion of the order process. You can print out the order
details immediately after submitting your order. To do this, you can
either use the subsequent page "Your Order" or the e-mail
"Acknowledgement of order receipt". |

§ 6
Prices and special offers for limited time periods |
All the prices stated are recommended retail prices and include
the statutory rate of VAT (19 %) and are subject to the addition
of our
shipping and handling charge. The price at the time of
placing the order is the price that applies. |

§ 7
Delivery times and charges |
Our delivery is performed subject to the
proviso that we ourselves are supplied with the correct items
and on time and are not responsible for the lack of
availability. Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise specified for
the item, we deliver (provided that the item is in stock) within
one week after receiving your order. Details relating to the
delivery period are non-binding, unless the delivery date has
been firmly agreed in exceptional cases.
If we are unable to deliver within our normal
delivery time, we will notify you automatically by e‑mail or by
telephone.
Each order is subject to a shipping and
handling charge of € 4.90
We
deliver free of charge for orders of € 100.00 and over.
When selecting COD as your method of
payment, the COD charge is € 5.00. Post AG will charge an
additional € 2.00 on delivery.
For customers outside the EU: Please note that consignments may
be liable to the addition of customs duties. Details on this can

§ 8
Warranty
In addition to your statutory warranty
entitlement, the guarantee conditions enclosed with the item
apply.
If items delivered exhibit obvious material or manufacturing
defects or transit damage, please report such faults
immediately to us or to the carrier delivering the item. The
customer is under no obligation to do this and neither is
this a requirement for the assertion of your warranty
entitlement. However, if you do not do this, we in turn are
unable to raise claims against the carrier. The observance
of the aforementioned ruling does not affect your statutory
rights, provided that you have ordered for private purposes
as a consumer. |

Payment |
| |
To cover the credit risk, we are obliged to reserve the right to
perform the delivery you have requested upon cash on
delivery/immediate payment on delivery only, in accordance with the
respective credit rating. In this case, you can either accept this
or cancel your order.

Widerrufsbelehrung
Widerrufsrecht
Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z. B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail)
oder - wenn Ihnen die Sache vor Fristablauf überlassen wird - durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt
nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform, jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empfänger (bei der wiederkehrenden
Lieferung gleichartiger Waren nicht vor dem Eingang der ersten Teillieferung) und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer

Widerrufsfolgen
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene
Nutzungen (z. B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in
verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Bei der Überlassung von Sachen
gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Sache ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft
möglich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen können Sie die Pflicht zum Wertersatz für eine durch die
bestimmungsgemäße Ingebrauchnahme der Sache entstandene Verschlechterung vermeiden, indem Sie die Sache nicht wie Ihr
Eigentum in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Paketversandfähige Sachen sind auf
unsere Gefahr zurückzusenden. Sie haben die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten
entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt oder wenn Sie bei
einem höheren Preis der Sache zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs noch nicht die Gegenleistung oder eine vertraglich vereinbarte
Teilzahlung erbracht haben. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für Sie kostenfrei. Nicht paketversandfähige Sachen werden
bei Ihnen abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen innerhalb von 30 Tagen erfüllt werden. Die Frist
beginnt für Sie mit der Absendung Ihrer Widerrufserklärung oder der Sache, für uns mit deren Empfang.

Notes for ensuring the smooth processing of the return shipment |
Would you like to return a product you have purchased from us?
If so, please send a copy of your invoice along with the
following details: the reason for returning the item, your
requested procedure and your bank details for possible refunds.
Doing this can greatly accelerate the processing of your return
shipment.
Wherever possible, please return the item to us in its entirety
in the original packaging. Using the original packaging is not a
compulsory requirement for asserting your entitlement to return
an item, although it does simplify and guarantee the processing
of your request. Return shipments and the incorrect use of the
facility for returning goods incur costs.
If you return the item of a delivery and have ordered additional
items you would like to pay for by invoice, simply deduct the
item you have returned. |

§ 12
Jurisdiction |
In the case of a bilateral commercial transaction, the seller’s
place of business is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. In
transactions with end consumers within the European Union, it is
also possible to apply the law applicable at the end consumer’s
domicile, provided that we are dealing with conditions related
to consumer law. If a private end consumer does not have a
domicile within the European Union, our place of business is the
place of jurisdiction. |
